Douglas C. Leohr
In 1987 Leohr graduated from the University of Akron with a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate. From 1987 – 1993 he worked for Calabrese, Racek and Markos Commercial Real Estate Appraisal Company specializing in hotel and shopping center appraisal, development and consultation.

In 1988 Leohr formed his first partnership, purchasing a 24-unit apartment building. This partnership eventually became Pride One. One of his proud accomplishments within Pride One is the development of nearly 3,000 single-family and cluster homes and lots within Medina, Summit, and Cuyahoga Counties. He has also been part of the development of more than 1,200 apartment units constructed and owned throughout Northern Ohio, as well as being involved in the construction of over 50 offices and office warehouse buildings throughout Medina, Summit, Cuyahoga, and Geauga Counties.

Leohr has served as past President of both the Medina County Home Builders Association, Medina Sunrise Rotor, and is currently serving as a Board Member of the Medina County Fund.

Jerry Fiume
Jerry Fiume received his B.S. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Akron in 1988 and his M.B.A. in Real Estate Finance from Cleveland State University in 1995.

Fiume became a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Kocinski & Bowen Appraisal Service until 1996. He appraised a variety of property types ranging from residential subdivisions and apartments to industrial and office buildings. This experience provided the foundation along with his education to create Pride One Real Estate.

In 1992, Fiume along with Doug Leohr created Pride One Real Estate. To date, Pride One and its affiliated companies have constructed and managed over 700 apartment units, developed over three dozen subdivisions totaling nearly 3,000 lots, constructed over 800 cluster homes and have built over two million square feet of office space which it manages within Northern Ohio.

During his tenure at Pride One, Fiume has primarily been accountable for project approvals, sales, marketing, personnel and finances.
